[SOLVED] Why is the Corsair Voyager GT faster than the Voyager

From a hardware and scientific perspective?
Im sorry but there is no information on the web to make this clear for me...

1| Because it's got a GT on it.
2| Because the flash drive under the GT portfolio might have better quality (flash)components, not to mention a higher spec'd controller to make it eligible for the GT badge.
