Question Why is there so many options on my boot drive?

When I go to select my boot drive my HHD seems to be really difficult to find seeing as there is about 10 other items, also when I go to my partitions there seems to be like 20 volumes created, are these two linked and how would I go about reducing this just so it’s my 4 mains hard drives/SSDs cheers.

In the "Type here to search" type "Create and format hard drive partitions".

You are not going to actually do any such thing for the time being.

Instead capture and post the resulting Disk Management window.

Moving your post from "Windows 10" to "Storage".
