Why is this?

This is probably a stupid question, but why is my Bus Speed, HT Link, Core Speed and NB Frequency not running at it's set speeds in bios?
In this Bios it's set:
Bus: 200 Mhz
HT link: 2000Mhz
Core Speed: 3600Mhz
NB Freq: 2000 Mhz

Here is what CPU-Z shows

Am i just stupid or do I need to change something in bios?

i know it's less than 1% but were does it go? why is it missing in the first place? i mean i could really care less unless it got to +5%.

There are many possibilities. Here are some:
1) The settings are not 100% accurate, but get converted to a number very close to the setting when used to set the speeds.
2) The frequency generator is not 100% accurate.
3) The freq generator is limited to certain frequency steps and chooses the closest to the desired value.
4) The measurement device is not 100% accurate.

It doesn't "go" anywhere lol. Just like a car going 60mph. It could be going 59.91mph for all you know. Would you ask "where did that .09mph go?" Nope, you wouldn't lol.

bios numbers are rounded off for simplicity. Nothing in electronics is exact they are in the correct range. Check the voltage at the plug in your and your friends houses in most cases they vary from 115V to 122V very rarely landing on the specified 120V. The actual valid range by the way is 110V-130V.
