Why isn't my Fiio e10k usb dac not outputting sound?

This might be the wrong place to post but Im using it for gaming. My Fiio e10k wont output sound do I have to download a driver? what do I do.

It's a plug and play device, no driver installation needed. Sounds like it's not wired up correctly. Can you show us how it looks?

My FiiO E10K USB DAC has been working fine. All of a sudden my MacBook Pro is not recognizing it. I never had to install any drivers for it. Anyone else with this issue?

Ok nevermind. I change out the usb cable and bang! It’s up and cracking again. Great product!
