Question Why my computer always bluescreen when install steam?

First time it is happen when i was playing New World. And than my computer got corrupt file. So i reset and still not working and than i buy SSD and i have done install windows 10. And than bluescreen happen again when i install steam. Is it because my hardware broken or just software? I have no idea right now

I download windows 10 from Microsoft website and install using flashdisk with ventoy too make bootble.

I download steam from official website

power supply fire hazard.

you dont have to use a flashdisk to make it bootable just make a bootable usb 64gb is all you need.

when making a bootable usb make sure you choose in the option not for this pc. so it gives you a clean windows copy with no old drivers.
