Question Why my GPU has wierd serial number tag on it?

Not sure what you mean by "missing".

Did you black out the end of the serial number or is that the question?

In other words the serial number tag was blacked out when you received the GPU.

Where did you get the GPU? Source?
Under the name of the gpu there should be some parts number or serial number i guess

On the label RX is likely part/model number with version.

SN = Serial Number.

Obscuring the SN as shown in the photograph blocks the use of a barcode scanner.

Could be fake and the serial number obscured to prevent or inhibit discovery of a counterfeit product.

Or some other misdeed.

No harm, as far as I am aware, with posting a GPU serial number on the internet.

Actually, someone may recognize the serial number as being a fake or counterfeit.

Serial numbers often have patterns that have some relevance to the product itself.

Fake and counterfeit products are sold all over the world - no country is excluded when it comes to such things.
