Question Why my gpu showing blue red dots and then reboots?

I bought a used rx560 and tried to install drivers but it hangs on 33% but somehow my friend installed drivers on it but now while i am using pc it starts showing blue red checker(small cubes) and then reboots

Cpu intel i5-2500k
Gpu xfx rx560
Psu 400w
Ram 6gb

What's the make and exact MODEL of your PSU ? How old is the GPU ? Are you on Windows 10 OS ?

The thing is that buying used GPU can go good way or a bad way but looks like you been sold an GPU that has artifacts or it could be that the gpu is overheating so check the temps

That looks like an average PSU. Not the very best, imo. But can you list the exact Model number of this DELTA power supply ?

Most probably your GPU might be faulty, if you are getting artifacts. Most likely a VRAM corruption issue. But, can you post a screenshot of this problem (red cubes/dots) ??

Can you check the card on some other PC, using a different PSU, if possible ?
