DDR(Dual Data Rate) 800mhz*2 =1600mhz
You can also check this via Cpu-Z: https://www.cpuid.com/ (the memory and spd tabs)
Because Task manager is often wrong and displays only base speed.thank you for the answer. but I know what you mean. my question is why the task manager of my laptop shows 1600mhz of speed but the task manager of my pc shows 800mhz of speed?

Nothing you can do, it's windows "thing". Double check with programs like CPU-Z, Aida, HWinfo etc and don't forget to multiply by two. There's no way DDR3 would work at 800MHz, that's top speed for DDR2.Well... should i do something with my DIMM slots on my pc or configuration in bios? I've tested all slots on my pc but it didn't help! why my laptop shows the correct 1600mhz?
windows will report what your bios tells it, theres nothing you can do about it if your bios shows reall clock or "fake" wannabe clock
btw ddr3 800mhz exists (pc3 6400)
alright, just do this: download CPU-Z, open SPD tab, and look "max bandwidth" tell us what it is (PC3-12800 or 14200 or something). and what mhz under the ( ) is. it should tell you what kind of RAM you're running. also, damn I didn't know DDR3 800mhz do exist. never saw one in my entire life.
PC-3 12800
PC3 12800 means it's running 1600mhz. good for you then. 1600mhz is your answer.
