Dear Commnity,

We have systems(Hp and Lenovo) with 1 TB hardDisk , 8 GB RAM, 7th Generation Core i3 Processors. We had Kaspersky installed as an Anti Virus in 16 December 2018. Last year in march 2020 we installed Microsoft Teams as well. We started to feel systems getting slower after and now when Scan tasks for kaspersky run, the system sdisk utilization reaches 100% . The prices that we see in task manager at that time are like Telemetry Services,Microsoft network Services, Kapsersky Services, Teams services etc. The Proceses keep chanaging sometime kaspersky would come up as top resource utilzing process ,and some thimes some other process would come up. I am not sure what to do with it. Our systems have windows 10 installed. Do you think it could be because of our hardware that could be causing the slowness. Do you think our hardware is not coping up with softwares like Teams, Kaspersky, Windows 10 etc and SSD could solve the issue?
Please suggest a solution. As I have tried monitoring Top Tasks and have found no unsual process there.

How do pleople use Kaspersky as an AntiVIrus if it uses that much resources of a system or we are not giving enough resouces to the system like Ram etc?

Solution
If you use a fully activated Windows 10 version, you have a built-in antivirus.

Try using your computer without Kapersky to see if there is some improvement.
