CSM=Disabled, UEFI and TPM enabled, secure BOOT disabled ?
Windows 11 source and installation USB made which way ?
Best way is to use MCT (Media Creation Tool) from Microsoft to download windows and make BOOT USB to BOOT and install from.

Actually install or are you trying to boot from an install of an older system?!
If you are using an older disk with an installation already on it then you might not have the bios set up correctly to boot from usb and it tries to start from disk.

Other option is that you need drivers for the ssd or rather the ssd controller, if it's on the mobo then the chipset.

Also go to bios and disable the boot logo in case it will show you some info on what might be going wrong.

Ive disabled csm and enabled tpm this am no luck. secure boot was already off and I made both windows on Microsoft with the media creation tool in a fat32 formatted usb. Is it necessary to adjust the files after they have been installed on the usb by the media creator?

It's a actual install everything's new except the motherboard I have boot priorizing usb/uefi i haven't updated the drivers and will attempt that when I can get access to the internet.

A couple months back different forum member same issue.

That thread wrapped up with the solution from the forum member themself posting back there fix/ workaround.

Windows 11 24H2 refused to install and like you an older motherboard was involved so the OP on the other thread installed an older pre 24H2 version of Windows 11 than ungraded to the latest 24H2 the older version of windows did not blue screen.

Would windows 10 have the same issues as the 24h2? I attempted windows 10, ill look for a version without 24h2

I think 10 should not have issues but no harm trying than bump it to Windows 11.

What do you have to loose.

I also went ahead and bought a new cpu because I noticed the ezbug was lighting up the cpu but only after the error code
If your also having a hardware issue than that throws a wrench in the gears.

But it seems you have been getting at least to your BIOS so trying Windows 10 or an older version of Windows 11 is free and just your time to cross that off your list to getting it up and running.

It was throwing the same codes with windows 10 unfortunately. It loads straight into the bios if the usb isn't plugged in plugging in the usb gives me a small Windows loading screen then a bsod

If you want to take the time and using a USB thumb drive go get a copy of Linux and use Rufus and install it on that thumb drive.

POP OS or Ubuntu OS is just fine for testing just get the Nvidia version as you have a RTX 3070

Breadboard your parts with one memory stick, no hard drive, yes a GPU and even better if you have low power GPU laying around to sub in there and see if it boots off Linux.

IDK maybe a bent CPU pin or unhappy memory and I have no hands on with your brand of power supply.

I just hate to let the PC win.

Size of usb?

Make sure your creating a bootable usb not an iso.

Also when making a new bootable make sure to untick the box for this pc it's in part of the steps.

I have a corsair 850 psu I'll have the new parts before I can download anything new this is my first pc so I've been downloading files at work i thought building the pc was the hard part 😅

I downloaded the files straight onto the the usb using windows media creator in the Microsoft page. from my understanding that makes it a Bootable usb and atleast attempts to boot.

Okay maybe lost in translation.

The ISO from Microsoft needs to be downloaded to a host computer like to the desktop. From there is when the Media Creator tool is used to take that ISO and than it does it's magic and it moves the files from the host computer onto the USB thumb drive. If that is what you meant cool. not wrong.

Right I open the media tool and go threw the prompts on a different pc and it's a 32gb

delete the current files and run the media tool again when you get to the page

select language and english.

untick the small box that says use the recomended options for this pc. because your using this usb for a fresh install.

next use usb flash drive

( do not use iso)

then click next

allow it to make the usb. it will say downloading windows 11 and a percentage will start.

it will then say usb flash is ready.

click finish.

then enter bios

and choose boot priority the usb
the second should be the hard drive you intend it to install too.

That's the process I used.

That's the process I used i re did the usb and got the same error codes on two separate usb drives

I'm curious if you have another computer to try your Windows USB installer on.

You could take your SSD you have for your new build and move it over to a host borrowed system and see if your Windows will install over there. Un plug any SSD's and or any hard drive the host computer regularly uses.

If it goes forward installing Windows 11 great. That tells us your installer is fine.

You could let it keep going if it's installing if you want and when the screen says your computer will start in 9-8-7-6-5-4 count down turn off the host computer. Pull the USB stick and remove your SSD that goes to the new system.

Re-hook up the host computers regular SSD and that system is not effected.

Put the drive back into your new system and see if it BSOD at that point or just finishes the install. Do not plug back in the USB thumb drive in you new system just boot and see what happens.
