Question why there is no windows 10 software directly in raspberry software

There isn't sufficient demand. RPi is a real time computer. Windows has constant updates and reboots that make real time impossible. Choose the right tool for the job, RPi to collect data, reacting to it in real time and Windows to analyze it after the fact.

Mostly, you can buy a really cheap Windows laptop, that will work without all the funkiness of Windows on RPi, cheaper than an equivalent RPi

Well, yes and no, Windows apps would have to be ported, which would take great effort. because it's a different operating system. There is little demand because RPi users typically don't want to buy expensive software. And Windows apps are resource hogs, much like the OS.

Just a note, Office for Mac runs natively.
