[SOLVED] Why wont my pc fans spin?

I recently made a pc, I haven't put the m.2 drive in yet, or the gpu, but when I power it on the case light turned on, but neither of the fans will spin. Is this just due to the fact I haven't installed the m.2 or gpu, or that something is wrong with my pc?

The power button on the case lights up but neither the cpu or case fan spin. I dont think its a problem with the cables because my freind who has made many pcs plugged them in

ryzen need gpu to boot.
motherboard might need bios update for that ryzen

Ok, thank you so much, I had checked and the factory updated the motherboards, would the gpu also cause the case fans not to spin?
