Wierd colors flashing on my screen!

Strange wierd colors flashing on my screen! about 5 secounds.. (kinda Matrix, not sure what its called, so hard to find on google) I noticed it happened just now, turning on MSI Gaming app in OC mode.. It also happened a few times when i turn off my system, while logging out of windows.. Is it my GPU (just bought a rx 480 8gb) ? Or something else, i had problems before that, games crashing, some games makes the system crash and it reboots. PSU problem, RAM maybe?
I tested the GPU, CPU, RAM with different software, and no problems..No signs of high temps, no overclocking... Fresh windows install, drivers. After i got the rx 480, no problems with gaming, just with conan exiles, but i belive thats a game issue, not my hardware.. But i dont know!
(just after writing this, playing far cry 4 and the system reboots itself, same as before i installed the rx 480)

If it's in relation to the program you might not be able to run it at all.

Try MSI afterburner and see what it does at stock.

Also if it just does it in general you need to RMA the card.

Set all speeds to stock, you said you turned it on in OC mode. Does it happen on stock speeds/

You have a decent wattage power supply, but it's a low quality modem, maybe an issue with the PSU. Test the card in another system, make sure it's fine there.

Played all day now, since i posted here.. without any issues at stock speed. I suspect the PSU, since i had this problem before i bought a new GPU. Im gonna try the GPU in another system and check, just in case.. Stupid to buy a new PSU, if its the GPU...

Yes, it seems fine now.. but after all the total crashes ive had, i belive some is without the OC, dont remember, but i need to find out, cause if its the same as before i got the new gpu, same kind of crashes(reboots) then it must be the PSU right? Anyway its good to hear that Staplergun. Have been googeling my head in a spin.

Just test it without an OC.

Use Unigine Heaven or Fur Mark to stress it and see if it does anything wrong under load.

Did both, and 3DM, Prime95 under full load all of them. No Problems at all.. for about 30+minutes total.. so im gonna realtime stresstest by playing all day, and see if its still the same... so far so good , thanks

Yep that means you just can't overclock. If it isn't broke, don't try to fix it I say. Sucks, but at least you know your equipment works like it's supposed to otherwise.

Still problems... its been fine a few days now, but today when power up my pc, after entering windows password, the screen went crazy, matrix colors, green, then grey dots all over.. almost same as a tv channel with bad antenna.. and got a blue screen: video_tdr_failure ..... there IS something going on that seriously needs to be some hardware issue.. the PSU gonna be replaced no matter what.. its been like this before i got my new GPU, but im gonna send MSI a question also.. tired of this now.. but its stabil most of the time, its a random crash... heavy load or no load at all, makes it crash.. havent checked components with other system, gonna try with a new PSU first.. if not any other suggestions !?

Just want to add, that im getting help from MSI now, and they say i need to update my VBIOS, and sendt me a file, and how to do that.. but, hard to understand how to do it, found a link online also, but it doesnt work, i get error messages like Adapter not found, cannot find discrete ati video card. I asked again MSI, but takes some time, and im pretty stressed about it now, going to the other side of the world in a week, so need to fix it soon as possible, so if MSI use days to answer, i really hope maye you The_Staplergun or others here to help me.. would make me really happy! how can i flash it, is there any guide out there, a link step by step how to do it? but just got this error message..cannot find....., i know alot about computers, but ive never done a GPU flashing. The guide is simple to follow, so i cant understand what im doing wrong...
I read that many needs to update the bios for the same card...for some reason..
