WiFi Built In

Hey everyone I got a laptop the other day. Its a Dell Inspiron 8100 and I was wondering if it has WiFi built in. So all you people that know about laptops and that stuff please give me an anwser, and if it takes some steps to activate the WiFi write them down for me please.

Inherently wireless B was available on the machine, but it's a toss up if whoever bought the machine originally had it installed. Take a look through the device manager to see if a card is present.
