Wifi is fine! But a certain website I can't connect and log in to a specific game. Please Heeelp.

My wifi connection is fine. But when trying to go to this specific game site using wifi on my Laptop it wouldn't load. Including my phone. But when I turn off wifi on my phone I could connect to that specific game site. Also trying to log onto this specific game in my laptop only leads me to a pop up after 3 seconds, "Connection timed out." This problem also accur on another laptop under the same wifi. Please help me! Leave as much support replies for this topic, I beg you!

what site? someone set to block it on the wifi?

you can try this quick fix. open your command console as admin (press winkey+xa). type "netsh winsock reset". restart your pc. see if you can connect again.

Gaming website uses IP address to connect. I was actually using my phone hot spot last night and had it all working including game log in. Just this morning I tried doing it again, now doesn't work. Even I tried connecting to the website again on my phone this time without wifi now it's not working as well..

It's seems that way. It was actually working this time when connected to my phone hotspot last night. Then just his morning I tried and it's not working just like my wifi. But now also, on my phone without being connected to wifi, I can't even load the website anymore. Which was also fine before. How do I unblock that?
