Question Wifi network not showing up for new motherboard

I had an issue with my old motherboard, and decided to upgrade my cpu and motherboard. The new cpu is the amd ryzen 5 7600x and the new motherboard is the b650 aorus elite ax. The pc started up just fine after connecting all my old parts, i just cant recognize any wifi networks with the built in wifi. any suggestions?

With a new motherboard, you should do a clean OS install. You will be chasing ghost problems otherwise.

I have installed a clean os, and it will not show up in my network options when setting up windows.

Are you saying that if you open up the Device Manager app the wifi device does not show up under Network Adapters; or does it show up as not working because you need to install a driver?
