Wifi Password without admin

Hello all,
I just recently got a tablet (asus t100t) from my school, and im trying to retrive the wifi password off of it. I do not have admin rights, and i have tried getting the password using cmd and netstat commands, but the password is encrypted, i do have the hash but i dont know how to interpret/crack this, all im asking is first how to retrieve the wifi passwords without admin, or how to reset the bios password because they put one of those on as well.

That is the hash for the encrypted password.
