Wifi problem need help

Currently my house using TM unifi with Asus RT-N12HP

and my pc using tp link 727n,the network is so unstable when gaming,any idea to improve?

How far from the router is the computer, what's in the way of the two? What is the signal strength?

just a door only,but my wireless connection suppose to be 802.11 ac? instate of 802.11n?

The WiFi Adapter you have is an N one and so is the router, if you want an AC connection you need to replace the router and the adapter. If you are having issues with the WiFi, check for updated drivers for the network card, check for newer firmware for the router, try a different WiFi channel.
