Sounds like another mid range tablet, with an optional gamepad. I don't see anything special at this price.

So... you say the Wikipad with tegra 3 might be a good deal for 250$, yet totally bashed (in a previous article) the Nvidia Shield that has tegra 4 in it for probably having the same price tag of 250$...

For the limited amount of 2-3 games i enjoyed 1 or 2 days so far on my phone i don't see the motive of buying a gaming tablet ...
