Hey, i'm buying a new PC and i'm wondering if 400w masterwatt lite psu be enough for this pc:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2PH Socket 1151
CPU: Core i3 6100
Ram: 8gb 2133MHz
GPU: GALAX GTX 1050 OC 2GB
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Two (Version 3)
Hard Drive: 500gb 7.2K RPM
and if it will be enough, will i be able to overclock the GPU?

Solution
The evga and seasonic are similar quality and the best you could get. The evga is better efficiency but if it costs a lot more then you will never recoup the extra cost.

Your power supply will definitely be enough for an overclocked GTX 1050 with this setup.

If you haven't already, I would suggest looking into how the price of a G4560 with a B250 motherboard would compare to to the price of the i3 6100 with the motherboard you chose. The two will perform nearly identically (G4560 will be 5% slower than the i3 6100 at most) and you may be able to step up to the GTX 1050 TI with the money saved. The 400 watt power supply will do fine in that setup as well.

I already have the i3 6100 from my old pc, so i just have to get that motherboard :c
Btw, i heard that cooler master PSUs are not that efficient, is that right? or that changed in masterwatt?

Can i get this one? FSP Power Supply Hexa Series 550W or it's even worse? because i can't find any other PSUs in my country. (Online stores)

Masterwatt should be fine. I'm pretty sure that's 80+ bronze rated so I think it's ok.

The Hexa PSU is from FSP group, right? If they're roughly the same price, I'd go for the 550W Hexa because it will give you more room to upgrade in the future. It's almost never a bad idea to spend a few extra bucks on a PSU because that's something that you'll probably keep for a long time.

The hexa is worse. Stay away unless you like your psu to fail. The masterwatt lite is not even bronze. If you are trying to help then you should suggest something that is actually what you are suggesting. And 80+ says nothing about quality nor does it give actual efficiency because they can rebrand the tested model with cheaper components. We've seen psus slapped with an 80+ gold sticker that could only get bronze in reality. This is why it's important to stick with good quality.

What country?

Just because they're 80+ Bronze units does not mean they're good quality. There's good units and there's some junkers at every 80+ level. It's more about quality than about quantity. Don't go picking the parts that got rated 5 stars on Newegg and expect that they're going to be a decent build. Those PSUs are house fire quality. You're better off spending a bit more and getting something much higher quality.

Egypt :/, but i have only 1 website that i can buy from.
Maybe i can get one of those:
Cooler Master - G650M Semi-Modular 650W (It's in the PSU tier list, but this one is Semi-Modular not Modular)
Cooler Master - G750M Semi-Modular 750W (Same as this ^)
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 Power Supply, 120-G1-0650-XR
Thermaltake Smart SE 730W Power Supply, Black [SPS-730MPCBEU]
SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS Certified PSU (I'm not sure that i can get it, because i will search in local stores)
