So I have this pair of computer speakers, but to get the power they have to be connected to a wall plug. However I find this annoying and noticed it uses USB to power the speakers, so I decided to use it on my pc rear IO. However, I did a search online and it said that USB 2.0 is able to transport only around 2 watts of power, and USB 3.0, which is what I think is my rear IO can only do 4.5 watts, which is almost but not quite 5 watts. I know nothing about USB or power, so I don't know if this is okay or not or what could happen in this situation. So is this okay or not? will anything bad happen to my PC or speakers?
