Will a 500W PSU be enough?

I am wondering if the Corsair 500W Semi Modular PSU will be enough for this system.
i5-6500
R9 380
2x4GB Kingston FuryX DDR4 RAM
WD Caviar Blue
Kingston SSD

500W is well enough.
If it's the CX500m you're looking at, then i suggest you look somewhere else. The CX series are of bad quality and have cheap capacitors that can burn out very quick in such a system.

Are there any other companies you would recommend that are a bit cheaper as I have about a £50 budget for a PSU

How come you can afford an expensive GPU but your PSU budget is so low? It's more important than you think.

I'm willing to spend more on the PSU now as I will not be getting an SSD. Also I'd prefer a semi, or fully modular PSU.
