Depends on the game and resolution but even if it does it's going to be a massive improvement over that APU's iGPU.

The 7850K isn't a really great processor but you're pairing it with an obsolete graphics card so it's a good match up.

Games that came out when that graphics card was relevant (I think that was around 2012) will run really well with that CPU + GPU combo. This is especially true if you're running them in 1920x1080 or less.

More modern game, on the other hand, will really chug but it won't be the fault of the 7850K CPU.

It may, there's no easy answer as some games utilize the CPU over the GPU and other's vice-versa.
