ASUS make boards for both AMD and nVidia chips - so provided the socket it compatible and the appropriate BIOS revision is installed, along with appropriate support for the TDP of the chip - you'll be fine.

The 6350 is not a supported chip on that motherboard though. Max chip TDP is 95W and the 6350 is a 125W CPU.

It will "work" but it is not going to be able to run at full speed. It will throttle under loads and overall performance would be terrible. The motherboard just simply cannot handle a 125w cpu.

im using ebay to buy parts so everything is used / i am u.s based / my budget for a mother board is no more then 65$ and for the cpu no more then 99$

looks good but can the mother board support a Western Digital Blue WD6400AAKS 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive and also does the hardrive work in desktop and thanks for your help ps i just compared the fx 6350 on cpu debate and is said the fx 6350 was better

That's an older hard drive. It will work 100%, but you might want to give it a health check - programs such as crystal disk info will help you there: http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html
