will a atx12v power supply fit with atx

I am looking at a power supply for my latest PC build and i noticed my case says that it fits atx power supplys but the psu i'm looking at says it is atx12v (be quiet straight power 800w) so will it fit in my case? i don't know anything about power supplys so if the psu i'm looking doesn't fit could you give some recommendations.
