They've 'tilted' the heatsink far back enough that the fan should sit right in front of the ram.I know i know, what i want to know is, if the cooler fan or heatsink will block the only 2 ddr4 sockets the motherboard has, since it's quite large
Give us full specs including chassis and case fan setup.
I mean it does fit with the case open, but would it block the ram sockets? That's a big negative: https://www.aerocool.us/pgs/pgs-v/cylon.html
Up to 155mm - I'd say 154mm to be on the safe side.
The 212 Turbo is 160mm.
Look into the Noctua NH-C14S.I mean it does fit with the case open, but would it block the ram sockets?
Well, yeah... if you're okay with leaving the side panel off?I mean it does fit with the case open, but would it block the ram sockets?

Oh darn it! Partpicker said it was 154mm. Still to close for comfort - scratch that then. Will a Scythe Mugen 5 Rgb Edition
Fit with this motherboard? i just want to know if theres enough space between the cpu and ram sockets. It has 154.5mm so it will fit in the case
I don't want to lose a socket or 2 because it's too big, or is that not even a possibility?
That's got nothing to do with it. The socket is still AM4.The motherboard Gigabyte A320M-S2H is very small

NH-C14S, 115 or 142mm, depending on which side the fan is mounted: https://noctua.at/en/nh-c14s/specification
Mugen 5 Rev. B - same as the RGB version: already addressed that one.
Deepcool Gammaxx GT: I really slipped up on this one. Sorry! How'd I even come across it in the first place...
Deepcool Gammaxx 400: Screwed up again, I see. I'll have to not rely on partpicker for exact measurements - but some manufacturers don't do it either, especially Cooler Master...
I will look into that HyperScythe:
Big Shuriken 3
Kotetsu Mark II
Cooler Master:
Hyper T4
Deepcool doesn't appear to have anything decent in those sizes.
Thanks i think i will go with the Hyper!Scythe:
