will a core 2 duo be a bottleneck

WILL AN Core 2 duo E7200 @2.53 ghz
O.C. to 3.35 ghz BOTTLENECK an sapphire HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 graphics card
cause the cpu is fairly decent and i wont be able to buy an cpu i can only buy the gpu

No it should not bottleneck your PC, they will run fine together depending on your motherboard and ram. That card and GPU will be 100% okay together.
