The board has a PCIe x16 slot so you should be good from that standpoint. OEM systems often have proprietary power supplies in them though so you may have to look into whether your PSU has the needed 6-pin and/or 8-pin connections if the card you are looking at requires external power.

You can adapt from Molex but it is generally not recommended.

The motherboard is fine. But your PSU is "technically" too small. Is it the 240W PSU? I have a similar Dell Optiplex 790 SFF (i5-2400) with that 240W PSU and a Zotac GTX 1050 Ti running fine, however. But I don't imagine the extra load is doing any good for the PSU's lifespan.
