Will a X2 3800 slow down my dual 7800gtx SLI

I want to balance out my PC that I'm putting together I know I'm going to get two 7800gtx in sli. If I get a X2 3800, will it hold back my 7800s? if so, should I get the 4400 or 4600. Is 1mb of cache better for games than 200mhz processer speed?

Id say those cards are faster than the cpu. In that price range I'd buy and opteron 170

instead of the x2 3800 and overclock it. These things overclock well and are more reliable than a x2.

have you considered 2 x 7900gts in SLi, i think they are faster than the 7800gtx, and are cheaper ( i think).
