IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER?

RAM: If you want quad channel RAM then you might want a different mobo. Otherwise, 4 sticks of RAM is fine.
Case: I'd upgrade to a better one that allows improved airflow since you will be overclocking. You do have an excellent cpu cooler too.
Otherwise, things are compatible.

What is the purpose of this build? 32gb RAM seems really high and not needed for most people.
What is your PSU? I'd look into getting a 750W one, in case you want to SLI the 980.

EDIT. I noticed you chose DDR4, not DDR3. That mobo doesn't support DDR4. I believe you have to get a X99 in order for DDR4, but don't quote me.

Yes, a x99 chipset is required to run ddr4 memory kit, thus your g.skill ripjaws ddr4 would not be compatible. You may use pcpartpicker.com to check for compatibility issues.

I'm assuming this build is for solely gaming, so here's my suggestion. I would forego the ddr4 kit and just get a regular dual channel ddr3 memory kit from a reputable brand. 8gb would be the minimum, 16gb would be the max I would go for. The speed of the ram doesn't really matter. Also, an i5 4690k would be on par with your i7 4790k in terms of gaming performance. So I would save the extra cash and go for the i5.

also i have a 650 watt psu and i want a over kill gaming pc to render games like day z arma 3 and to use sony vegas

Do you need 32gb RAM? If so, then that is a good choice. Looking at your updated build I'd get a better case still. And add more Corsair AF fans to it.

Last, Gigabyte is decent but if I was buying a 980 I'd get the EVGA SC ACX 2.0 then Asus or MSI then Gigabyte. This one is boss:
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card ($534.99 @ SuperBiiz)

If you want a killer case that is getting great reviews, but pricey:
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case ($99.99 @ Amazon)
