Will AMD FX8350 work with Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 (760g)?

Will AMD FX8350 work with Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 without problems? I'm going to build a PC soon and I want it to be in a micro ATX case because I will be carrying it from place to place. I heard people saying that FX 8350 is recommended with at least 970 chipset. Since the motherboard's chipset is 760g, will it have any kinds of problems when using it FX 8350? If it does, should I forfeit the micro ATX and go for standard ATX? I won't be overclocking the CPU and I will equip it with Cooler Master Hyper 212X. Thanks in advance.

It is on the CPU Support List. No doubt it is a low end model and there are a lot of better choices.

I know it is supported, but I don't know if it will run into any problems such as throttling, bottlenecking, etc. And I'm not sure what do you mean by there are a lot better choices. I have been looking up and I can't find any better micro ATX motherboards that are available at a local store.

Like I said, I can't find it at the local store. The ASRock is not at a local store and I don't want to buy things online. But I don't need any recommendations for alternatives. What I really need is to know whether the FX 8350 will face any problems with the 760g chipset.
