I was just wondering if the arctic freezer II 240 a-rgb would fit at the top of the deepcool matrexx 50 case (the case that doesn't come with fans)?
Or is the combined thickness of the radiator and the fans on the aio too thick that it would get blocked by the motherboard or the ram?
I am looking to use the msi B550-a pro motherboard and kingston fury rgb 2x8gb 3600mhz ram if that is to any help.

Any help is much appreciated!

According to PCPartPicker, it will fit, yes. Looking at the case itself and adding in the "View compatible CPU coolers", that's the first one listed on my screen.

I have the 360 version of that same cooler and the radiator is decently thick along with the clearance you'd need for the fans, but my case is also listed as a midtower as well and while you may have be careful with some of the pins and connectors you should still be okay to build in it. I've found that PCPartPicker is very useful and accurate; I've used it to help me make decisions on which parts to use and its measurements are usually pretty accurate. Adding in the motherboard you're indicating, it also says it will work with the case and AIO.

I also don't see any...

I also don't see any restrictions as to placement, so I would assume that you could do either a top mount or a front mount with that AIO.

Happy building!
