I think I found out why I can`t boot into windows after increasing my baseclock, and the reason is when i change the baseclock from 100 to 106, it doesnt affect the cpu speeds since it displays the stock 3.5 ghz clock in cpu z, and the 106 bclk frequency.

Probably, or just clear the cmos.
