Question Will combining RAM brands work? Same corsair and ADATA1.2V , Frequency 2400MHz, DDR4, 8GB

I have a single stick of ADATA XPG Z 8GB 2400Mhz 1.2V AX4U240038G16-SRZ RAM and I want to upgrade to 16GB of RAM. But this ADATA RAM is kinda expensive and hard to find. So I was wondering if I could use RAM from another brand. eg: Corsair
I am planning to buy the Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C16 Memory Kit – Red
Both sticks are 1.2V
