Question Will cooler master hyper 212 evo fit in my ThermalTake case

I'm looking at getting a Thermaltake Versa N25 Dragon Scale SPCC ATX Mid Tower for a new build I'm starting, and I want to know if anyone knows if the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo will fit in the case, since it's one of the best budget coolers out there. Unfortunately, the Dragon Scale lists its max cooler height as 160mm, and the Evo is listed as 159mm. So theoretically it should fit, and I would expect the manufacturers to put in a small buffer, like 2-5mm over or under, so that close shaves like this aren't disappointing, but I'd like to know for sure before buying.

If it says it'll fit, it should fit. You'd be better off with a Cryorig H7 though, 145mm tall and out-performs the hyper212 every which way to Sunday. The hyper212 used to he one of the better budget coolers, certainly one of the best for its price, but realistically it's gotten pretty mediocre as newer, more efficient and more effective designs have surpassed it.

It will fit and you will have a 1mm clearance.
As stated in the above post, I would consider the CRYORIG H7 Tower Cooler instead.

The Cryorig looks pretty nice, I may end up getting that instead then. Either way thanks for the info and advice!

Put your build together on pcpartpicker, they'll let you know if there's any issues (usually).
