Will Core i3 4160 bottleneck a GTX 10150 Ti?

Hi,
I'm having a PC with specs like this:
Mainboard: Asus HB1M-E
CPU: core i3 4160
8GB Ram bus 1600
I want to buy a GTX 1050 Ti but I dont know if the CPU bottlenecks this GPU.
Can someone give me a feedback?

actually, I have a i3 4160, paired with gigabyte GTX 1050ti , with 8gigs of ram, and when I play csgo the CPU load is at almost 60 to 80% , sometime 90+, and the GPU use is at 30% , sometimes 50+, and I get about 100fps, with lowest possible resolution and settings, idk if this happens only to me or anyone else facing this issue.
