Will GTS 250 which is DDR 3 run on my M2N68AM SE2 motherboard which is DDR2.I have PCI 2.0 x16 on my board and 450W power supply.

That motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot, so it should run a GTS250 fine. You don't need to worry about the DDR2 or 3 question - that only applies to which type of RAM sticks the motherboard can support, not the type of VRAM on the graphics card.

However; Mudit, you may want to consider a different Power Supply. Depending on if you have a 450W Quality psu or not.
