Solution
Yes it will, according to this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fx-8350-core-i7-3770k-gaming-bottleneck,3407-9.html

Taken from the conclusion:

"From now on, we'll need to limit the use of AMD's flagship to systems already bottlenecked by their graphics cards. A less expensive CPU is more attractive when it isn't affecting performance negatively. "

PS: This is why I am still on my PHII x6 at 4.0ghz, while I save for a new CPU and motherboard. It will be Intel for me this time around. Don't get the wrong idea though, my x6 has served me really well over the years, and I'm sure the FX 8320 will do the same for you as well if you decide to pick it up.

Yes it is a bottleneck, but it really depends on what game you're playing and what resolution. For the most part you should have a good gaming experience. I just paired an 8320 with a gtx 970 and there's a bottleneck on some games, and my benchmark scores are significantly lower than other people who paired the gtx 970 with a newer i5 or i7.

thats because of the PCI link speed. AMD had 5GBps as Intel has 8GBps. No difference in real world applications though, only seen in benchmarks.

It really is a bottleneck because Intel CPU's have much better IPC and it takes really good single threaded performance to push some of these new graphics cards to their maximum potential. If current games could use all 8 threads in the 8320 it wouldn't be a bottleneck, but most games only use maybe two cores if you're lucky. If you run Arma 3 for example with an 8320/gtx970 combination you will get half the frame rates of a i5/gtx970 combination. I'm not saying that it's a huge bottleneck, but it's no doubt a bottleneck. Did you read the article that someone else posted above from this website that proves the 8320/8350 can't keep up with some of these newer cards? Apparently not
