Hi, I'm a little new to all this, I've learned the basics but not really an expert and would appreciate some help. I want to run Battlefield 4 but my computer isn't exactly great at running it.

CPU: AMD FX-4300 @ 3.80 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 720
RAM: 4GB
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
Power Supply: 500W

I want to upgrade my graphics card from Nvidia Geforce GT 720 to a GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

This is the graphics card I'm interested in. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025

I'm still doing research but I'd just like to know for sure. Thanks.

In reply to your PM you sent, is this your PSU?

If so, it is of low quality, but it has the +12V specs to handle the GTX 750 Ti. As long as you don't do any OC'ing of either the 60W card or the 95W CPU, you should be OK.
Btw, like all cheap PSUs, that one is highly over rated in total watts. The specs put it in the 300-350W category.
