Here is what it has...

Processor: Intel (R) Core i7-5500u CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor

DirectX 11 is software, we need to know the Graphics Processing Unit (hardware) your laptop has in it.

Go to Control Panel - system - device manager - display adapters.

Expand 'display adapters' and it will list the GPU you have (some laptops will have more than one)

Ah, thats an issue.

What that means is that instead of a dedicated Graphics card, you have whats known as 'integrated graphics'. This is only really designed for general computing and multimedia usage, not gaming.

Given that information I would say no you cant run it properly, it would be a waste of $60 to buy GTA for that laptop.
