I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 MT but my PSU has a power of 290W and has no external PCIe cable. So I think I only have an option of buying gtx 750 (ti). Will it fit to my PC? and which manufacturer is better? Is Power requirement for gtx 750 ti 300W or 400W?

Are you here man? Isn't it possible if I use the adapter?

Get the 520w Seasonic S12II.
Good quality and upgradability in future should you decide you need more than a GTX 750ti.
A good model is the gigabyte ITX model: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/Vtp323/gigabyte-video-card-gvn75toc22gi
The cheapest of all the options.
If you want something a bit more powerful like a 950 get this: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/HMcMnQ/gigabyte-video-card-gvn950oc2gd
I recommend throwing in the $20 extra for the 950 due to the reasonably large performance increases over the 750ti, but feel free to choose whichever suits.

AMD rx 460 specs are released. What do you think about it? And how do I get it when it's released on August 8th?
