Will GTX 970 bottleneck FX 6300?

If I upgrade my gpu to a gtx 970, will my processor bottleneck it (FX 6300)?

^ vaqh - that's a good board mate - assuming you're just running stock speeds with a stock cooler?

If you have a decent 500w+ PSU I would strongly suggest a decent cooler & some overclocking before you even think about a new CPU.
