Will I be able to run fallout 4 @60fps?

Hi, I was wondering, since I heard the game has some optimization issues, if I would be able to run it at any setting at 1080p60.
Specs:

i7-6700k@4.0Ghz
Hyper 212 evo cooler
R9 390 8GB
16gb DDR4 RAM

from reddit it seems to be around ether 60 or 30-60 depending on settings apparently shadows detail will be a big players in getting the best fps.

assuaging 1080 gaming
ultra setting except for shadows you should get 40-60 easily

damn 40 fps with an i7-6700k and an r9 390... there are some bad optimization issues then.

Bingo I believe there has been some updates so wok better now to think it might dip below 40 is CRAZY.
