The GTX 750ti will be your limiting factor here. Due to your low wattage PSU, you probably can't handle any other video card with higher specs without upgrading to a quality 500-750 watt PSU.

If you are curious of the performance to expect, look up the GTX 750 ti performance on the specific games you're curious about. It will handle minecraft no problem though!

Ok thanks, but power aint my concern,i will buy a better psu within the next couple of weeks, but for right now,how will it do,minumum, average, and maximum,i mean i have ordered all,i just want a heads up for me

I've been hearing that the GTA IV is pretty unoptimized but my friend however has said that he runs it perfectly. COD AW, the RAM might catch up to you, this game is horribly optimized, however on GTX series it runs well, expect a couple of stutters though, 1080P low-medium I would say should do 60 fps. COD BO2 was horribly optimized at first but they managed to make it a lot better, I have a gtx 760 which achieves an easy 200fps (maximum), my HD7850 GPU ran it over 100 fps as well. The COD games are more optimized in the favor of NVidia, you should have no problem going over 60 fps in COD BO2, just remember to take off vsync. Minecraft will be fine, Crysis 3 and BF4, i'm not too sure of though.. I recommend to upgrade your PSU ASAP, I understand you're going to wait for a few weeks but that's a really unreliable PSU..
