Question will i have enough power?

i have a evga 500w says 80 beside it i dont know what that means.

i plan to use components and not overclock really till i upgrade psu but might take a while the hardware im upgrading to is as follows:

2led fans
r7 1700 with stock cooler
gtx 1070 palit gamerock
msi b350 tomhawk
8gb 2400mhz corsair ram

It depends on the model, if it is the NI, WI, or B1. Recommend to buy other good PSU for the gtx1070. Also try to find the review for the PSU you are interested in. If you can't find any good for the PSU, don't buy it.
Or you list what budget you had, we may fine one for you.

i already own this psu so i dont really want to upgrade unless i have to as i would have to downgrade on my gpu or cpu

The 500w series all varieties , made by HEC are very poor quality.
