Will I need to upgrade my Motherboard ?

I am currently re-building my PC, I have an ASUS M5A88-m, And I am going to put a FX-6300, with a powerful gpu (thinking about a gtx 760)

Should I upgrade my motherboard ? if so any recommendations?

The board will support the 6300 with bios 1401, so you should only upgrade if you plan to overclock (vrm's aren't the greatest) or have needs that the board can't provide, or if you just want to.
