Will it play Crysis 3 and Metro : Last Light?

Here's my pc specs
Intel core i5-4200u
nVIDIA GeForce Gt-740M
4GB RAM upgradable to 8GB
1TB HDD. Can it play Crysis 3 and Metro last light? I'm getting mixed reviews from many different sites. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Metro: Last Light 2013
low 1024x768 26.3fps
Intel Core i7 4500U 1.8GHz
GeForce GT 740M (810 - 980 MHz), 2048 MB (1000 - 2500 MHz) DDR3, 311.59 8 GB RAM
The benchmarks indicate that the game is not playable in the tested settings.

At the lowest setting on the lowest resolution. It wouldn't be an enjoyable experience at those settings so I would say don't play them on that pc.

I'm looking forward to play them at 1366x768 resolution on Low-medium settings. Also isn't the i3-3217U weaker than the Core i5-4200U? So woudn't the i3 bottleneck the GT-740M?

The i5-4200u should be able to handle them at that resolution on low/medium, 30fps. I would recommend you upgrade to 8gb ram though

As i said in previous post Crysis 3 is probably playable on the lowest settings on your laptop but Metro LL is not. Yes the i5-4200U is better than i3-3217U so you should be getting about 30fps on Crysis 3 on lowest settings.

On a side note, those games are primarily praised for its graphics and definitely not worth buying if you are going to play on that laptop because you won't get what it is praised for. For some better games check my Recommended PC games list

I havent test crysis 3 ( i have the same specs like you , but cpu is i7 4510u ) , but in Metro LL redux , the game was on 55fps on 1366 x 768 res with medium quality and Vsync was on . Even GTA V is 46fps on normal settings 😀
