So I have a prebuilt PC that cost me like £400 two years ago. I'm giving it to my brother as I'm getting a new rig with a GTX 970. The PC can't run games like ARMA 3 and BATTLEFIELD 4 well and my brother wants to play those games. Currently it only has a AMD A6-6400K APU with intergrated graphics. If I upgraded to a new APU (so i dont need a new MoBo) that is quad core and then disable the intergrated graphics and add a gtx 750ti will it run thesae games at low-medium settings? Also the PSU is only 230v so will that be able to power the upgrades along with the existing 1tb hard disk and 8 gigs of ram? Thank you so much for any help!

Solution
A GOOD quality 350-400w unit yes. A low quality unit could end up creating an unstable system and even damage other components no matter what size it is.
Thanks for the responses. Me being an idiot I didn't realise that 230v was the AC power adapter. Later I will take of my case and check the make and model of the PSU, but about 350 to 400w should power the system? Thanks

the ony 350w psu dont have a 3 pin and a 4 pin you would need tho it could power it it just wont hook up. You would mostly find a ga grey psu, its hard to find one that would hook up to it becouse you need the 4pin and the 3 pin. They dont really make units like that.
