[SOLVED] Will moving up to a 4K display for Photo Editing ( no gaming) slow or stress my system?

Current spec is the following:

i5 4690k (stock)
ASUS Z-97 pro
GTX 970
16GB DDR3
250 SSD
2 x 1TB HDD
Dell 24” 1920 x 1200 display

This is only for photo editing ( no gaming or video editing) and I use Capture One and Affinity Photo.

The system itself runs the above software fairly well, obviously it could be faster though.

Im hoping to move to a 27” 4K display soon I’m wondering will this stress or slow the system down at all for editing?

Will the fact that the software will have to push so many more pixels be an issue?

Id like to avoid having to upgrade any other parts if it can be avoided.

4 times the pixels to edit will indeed slow down the process, depending on the size of the edits.
