Will my build work fine for a gtx 1070?

AMD FX 6300
GTX 650 (GTX 1070 soon to come)
16 gb RAM VIPER
Windows 7
750 Corsair Full Modular

I'm asking this to make sure there wouldn't be any problems once the gpu is installed. Thanks! I'm currently playing ARK, and Blizzard titles.

Your pc is ok. So you will be ok for the GTX 1070.

But that cpu is old. Even an i3 6300 beats it in games.

Yeah I figured that too but that's the best AMD's got expect for 8350. I was thinking about switching to Intel but I'm not too familiar with their low budget options. I would also have to get a new motherboard as well.

Yes. You would have to spend nearly $200 for a budget intel build with i3 6300. I suggest get the gpu now, save up and get an i5 skylake system.

You also need ram, as skylake uses DDR4.
